REGISTRATION:  Registration fee is ($240.00 U16/19 coed)  ($200.00 U12/U14)   ($160.00 U10)

  plus $150.00 refundable referee deposit for all teams.   Please make one check payable to High

  Valley Shootout.  Registrations and fees must be received by June 10th, 2008.  

THESE ARE ABSOLUTE DEADLINES!!!

Any cancellations must be received by June 12th, to receive a full refund.

 

The first eight teams in each division to register will be accepted.  After that a waiting list will be established.

 

REFEREE OBLIGATION: Each team participating in the tournament will be required to provide one center (intermediate Referee) or two lines regional certified, who will be assigned three games each.  Referees will be provided by the tournament for championship games.  If this obligation cannot be met, please inform us on the registration form.  A referee will then be provided and your referee deposit will not be refunded.  If this obligation is met, your deposit will be mailed to you within two weeks following the tournament.  Referees should dress in full uniform. USSF referees must be certified as a Grade 8 Referee and have a current Referee ID Card.

 

TROPHIES:  Awards will be given Saturday, June 28th, to all players on the 1st and 2nd  place teams (10 player and 1 coach trophy per team in division U-10,/15 player and 1 coach trophy per team in divisions U-12 & U-14/ 18 player and 1 coach trophy per team in division U-16/19).   3RD  and 4th place team will receive a momentum. 

EACH PLAYER AND ONE COACH ON ALL TEAMS THAT PLAY IN THE HIGH VALLEY SHOOTOUT WILL RECEIVE A FREE TOURNAMENT MOMENTO.

 

We look forward to your participation - seeing old friends and making new ones at the High Valley Shootout.  Enjoy the cooler temperatures that Ogden Valley offers. 

 

Camping and overnight accommodations are available - also swimming, golf, horseback riding and groceries.  Please e-mail if you have any questions or request a list with your registration form.

Do you plan to provide referees to fill your assignments?            YES         NO

 

If “no”, the tournament will provide referees.  Your referee deposit will be used for this expense.

If “yes”, you must provide referees as follows:

                        Your team will be given center referee assignments AND

                        assistant referee assignments.  When you are assigned to

                        provide a center referee, you must provide a fully trained,

                        competent center referee.  When you are assigned to provide

                        assistant referees, you must provide two (2) fully trained

                        assistant referees.

 

Referee must meet the following requirements:

Center referee:              Region Certification or UYSA equivalent MINIMUM for U10-With center experience.  U12 and above MUST be intermediate Certified or UYSA equivalent

 

            Assistant referee:          Region Certification or UYSA equivalent MINIMUM-With line

The referees must be at least two years older than the maximum age limit for you division!  Adults are highly recommended!
