HIGH VALLEY SHOOTOUT

U8 FUNFEST

TEAM INVITATION

SCOPE:                      U8 Funfest – open to all registered AYSO players born between Aug 1,2001 – Jul 31, 2003.

WHEN:                       June 15 & 16, 2010 (Thursday and Friday!)

WHERE:                     Check in at Eden Park 5500 E. 2200 N

WHO:                         AYSO U8 players that are registered in their region and with the National Support and Training Center.

AWARDS:                 All participating players will receive a participation gift

REGISTRATION:     Registration form filled out completely.

                                    Roster form filled out

                                    Fee – a region check for $100 payable to AYSO Region 422 Tournament

                                    A full refund will be issued if the Funfest is cancelled.

                                    Deadline – July 14, 2010

RULES:                      Coaches must be a registered volunteer with AYSO

                                    Roster size – maximum of 8

                                    Players on field – 5 vs. 5 (NO GOALKEEPERS)

                                    Number of games – 3

                                    Uniforms – player’s uniforms shall include the AYSO logo on the jersey

                                    Referees – the tournament will provide referees for each game

Teams are expected to check-in at tournament headquarters 45 minutes before the teams first game.  The maximum roster per team is 8.  Each coach will be required to have in their possession:

1)                  Roster must be signed by the teams regional commissioner

2)                  AYSO registration form signed by a parent/guardian (this is neede in case of a medical emergency and as proof of liability insurance)

3)                  Three (3) game cards filled out (no player cards required)  If needed game cards will be available at check-in.
